Q: Where will mail and parcels be delivered?

There will be a mailbox at the main entry to each building. Oversized parcels can be collected from Australia Post within the Sanctuary Cove Marina Village located within the newsagency.

Q: Are there security screens provided?

Yes, to all ground floor residences. Fly screens will be provided to upper levels.

Q: Is there a garbage chute on each level?
